Description of service(s) The Mira Atlantic Foundation provides guide and help dogs for those with disabilities.  
The Mira Foundation's mission is to bring greater autonomy to handicapped people and to facilitate their social integration by providing them with dogs that are fully trained to meet the needs of each individual. 
The Mira Foundation raises money in order to cover the training costs of persons who are eligible to receive a guide or service dog.
