Description of service(s) The New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program is a provincial home/community health care program that provides a comprehensive range of services to individuals of all ages in their homes and schools. Our purpose is to promote, maintain, and/or restore health within the context of our clients' daily lives and, when necessary, to provide services to support quality end-of-life care. Care is delivered by an inter-disciplinary team consisting of Clinical Nutritionists, Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurse , Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Respiratory Therapists, Social Workers, Speech Language Pathologists and Rehabilitation Aids.  
 
Services for our clients in Zone 3 include acute care, palliative care, long term care, long term oxygen services, early language services and rehabilitative services. Home care nursing services are provided on a 24/7 basis. The services of the rest of our Interdisciplinary Team is available Monday to Friday, 8 to 4 PM 
 
As an integral part of the health care system, the Extra-Mural Program is involved in a variety of partnerships with other government departments and divisions, health care institutions, and agencies in order to provide comprehensive services to clients within their homes/community.
Hours The Interdisciplinary Team is available 8 - 4 Monday through Friday. Nursing services is available 24/7.
