| Description of service(s) | Services The Women's Care Center offers many services to pregnant women and new mothers. We have served over 1,700 women to date. Pregnancy Testing If you think you might be pregnant, please call us for a free pregnancy test. We can schedule a test for you right away, so you'll know for sure whether you are pregnant. Our tests are free and accurate. You'll get your test results in just minutes. Counselling on All Options If you are pregnant, it is important to get accurate information on all your choices and make the decision that is best for you. Our counsellors will listen to you and help you weigh the benefits and risks of each option. We can help any pregnant woman create a personalized pregnancy plan. Supportive counseling is available throughout your pregnancy. Referral to Other Support Services We are only too glad to help you access services such as income assistance, doctors, housing, prenatal and parenting classes, and a variety of community programs. Maternity Assistance We can help you deal with any questions you may have about pre-natal, post-natal and / or newborn care. Pregnancy Loss Counselling If you are struggling with feelings that may be related to a past abortion, you are not alone. Please call us. We are here to help. Pregnancy Loss Support Group If you have had an abortion and would like to be part of a group of women who are experiencing the same feelings as you, please give us a call. |
